Shipping Informtion


White Lion Treasures delivers orders to the United States and international countries.

Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is very hard to precisely estimate shipping costs online. However, if you have overpaid shipping cost you will be issued a refund. All shipping includes handing charges. We have arranged for lowest shipping rates with various carriers and forwarders, we make sure to use the lowest cost carrier whatever your order and insure that proper handling is guaranteed.

Most orders will be processed from White Lion Treasures within 2-4 business days. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted by email and informed the reason for the delay

RETURNS & CREDITS

If for any reason you wish to return an item that you have purchased within 14 days of the shipment date, please call us or email us for return authorization. No returns are accepted without authorization. All items returned must be in original unused condition with original boxing to receive credit

Please follow these instructions for shipping.

1. Please re-use the original carton and packing material.

2. Please address the package to:

3. Please include a packing slip indicating the item(s) and quantity being returned, and a brief explanation why you are returning the merchandise.

4. Place the packing slip inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape.

Packages must be returned via the U.S. Post Office Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure to retain the tracking number for all boxes in case the shipment must be traced. Collect shipments will be refused and returned to sender.

Following receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse, your return will be posted to your account and credit less the shipping and insurance charges will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was made.

Damaged Merchandise?
In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit please call us or email us
whitelion1@comcast.net for instructions, Damage claims must be reported to us within 14 days of shipment date


ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUSALS

You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment. If for any reason an order is canceled after shipment you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and all responsibility for shipping will be charged to the customer. If an order is refused a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer and must accept all responsibility for shipping charges. If you need to cancel an order you MUST cancel prior to shipment.
